Mat Pilates

Experience a low-impact, core-strengthening method designed to build flexibility and strength. Mat Pilates enhances posture, coordination, and balance while significantly improving back issues.

Barre

A high-energy, low-impact workout that combines ballet-inspired movements, Pilates, and strength training. Performed to upbeat music, Barre is perfect for toning and building endurance.

Kettlercise

This dynamic, low-impact workout uses kettlebells for a high-energy session focused on fat burning and full-body toning.


HP High intensity power Pilates

Engage in a choreographed routine that incorporates small hand weights, moving through planks, squats, and lunges, with mat work to finish. This high-intensity class is designed to elevate your strength and endurance.

Terms & Conditions

We operate a 12 hr cancelation policy so any late cancel, swap or no show will be charged at full session price. All class blocks need to be used up in the required time.

There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
