These classes a balanced pilates workout aimed at strengthening the abdominal muscles, the back muscles, improving posture and helping us deal with day to day niggles, vastly improving the quality of movement in day to day living. There are various beginners and mixed level classes, please select beginners if you have never done pilates before.
These are very small classes of 4/5 people and include working on the reformer tower and other equipment. This can bring whole new exciting aspect for those who have never tried pilates equipment before using springs to give resistance to the movements whilst still focusing on precision.
This is a high energy exercise class based on the ballet movements incorporating pilates principles, it includes barre work, resistance and abdominal work.
This is a class using Kettlebells giving a tough workout for the whole body, working between upper and lower body exercise, raising the heart rate excellent for fat burning.

Taster Class (One Off) £10
This is a single taster session. (Please note this is for new customers only, after this a package must be purchased)

Reformer Induction £15
This is an introduction into the reformer (this is required if you have never used reformer before).
Terms & Conditions
We operate a 12 hr cancelation policy so any late cancel, swap or no show will be charged at full session price.
All class blocks need to be used up in the required time.
There will be no refunds under any circumstances.
